投稿被接收了，两个审稿人意见都要加参考文献，但是编辑要求参考文献不能修改

2个审稿人都回复写的可以，小修后接收。小修都是要增加参考文献。

但是2个审稿人的审稿意见都是要增加一些参考文献。。。我服了，到底听谁的啊。 我修改之后还得给审稿人，如果不加他们指定的参考文献应该会被拒稿吧。如果加了编辑应该不同意，还是拒稿吧。感觉人都麻了。
