编辑快一个月没处理稿件 咋整

投了一篇论文，本来就审了快四个月，审稿人意见回来也整整四周，好巧不巧遇上了拖延的AE，迟迟不给意见，这可咋整啊

这是给编辑部发邮件催了之后得到的回复真难受啊！
