编辑回信，文章上editorial meeting，什么节奏？

投了一个SSCI和A&HCI双检索的半月刊，投了不久就直接Under Review，两个月时候编辑回信说已经发送外审专家，现在已经四个月，状态没变，还是Under Review，询问编辑回信是这样的：

Thank you for your message. Your paper is ready for a decision at our next editorial meeting in a couple of weeks time. The editors will be in touch as soon as they have further news.

请问熟悉的大神指导是啥节奏不？小紧张。
