第一次投稿SCI，大佬帮忙看下编辑这样回复有希望吗

Based on the advice received, I have decided that your manuscript can be accepted for publication after you have carried out the corrections as suggested by the reviewer(s). Please provide a point by point answer of each reviewer comment and highlight in the revised manuscript the passages that have been changed.

这是投稿系统里编辑回复的内容，但是投稿系统里显示的major revision。
我已经修改完了提交回去，现在under review第二天了。
这是我第一次投稿SCI，想知道二审是不是就是让reviewers确认一下修改的内容，如果是这样那是否应该很快就有结果了。
还有就是编辑这样的回复是不是希望比较大，还是就是客套一下。
