关于论文时态的问题

投了一篇文章，五个审稿人，其中一个审稿人说让改语法和时态，时态要改成一种，我是做软磁薄膜的实验的，是全改成过去式，还是在回复意见中给说明哪些用的过去式，哪些用的一般现在时？以下是意见：

4-The work requires strong language correction in the revision. For example, they have used both present and past verbs in the paper which is not possible. They should just use one of these forms. In addition, there are some grammatical issues in the paper which are needed to be solved before the final decision.
