写了封催稿信，措辞感觉比较强硬，不会进黑名单吧

二个月的时候给期刊主编，给责任编辑，给出版社都发了邮件，只有出版社给了官方的回复。现在再把这封信分别发一遍，瞧瞧啥时给拒稿：
Dear editor,
Are you doing what you should do?I submitted our latest work entitled “XX" (XX) to the journal in 02 Nov, 2021. And the status of ‘With Editor’ has been lasted for 11 weeks.
I am not sure if the editor is working! Does the editor know that you are making troubles for us?
Don’t hold down a job without doing a stroke of work, please. If you just can't get things done, and this has been going on for a long time, then it's time to self-introspect and find out what this is all about.

罪过罪过，看了看，责任编辑竟然是位女士。以前发的邮件很客气，不搭理我。这次强硬了，居然给答复了。但还是做好被拒的心理准备吧。

Sorry for my late answer, but I was out of office for a while due to health issues.
Your manuscript is under review and I will get back to you once we receive the necessary number of reports.
Thank you once again for choosing XX and for your patience and understanding.
